Because every bride and each event is different, we are very understanding and flexible. All of our planning packages include unlimited availability of staff. We will meet with you or be available by email, phone and fax for anything that may come up.
Full Planning
We produce weddings that are as flawless as they are unique! We provide full planning for brides who are extremely busy, planning from out of town or who simply wish to have things taken care of. Planning a successful wedding requires patience, dedication, extensive research and knowledge in many areas. The wedding industry is vast and the choices of vendors can be overwhelming. Firefly’s Full Planning services alleviate all the stress and time invested in doing this research and making these decisions. This service includes event design, budget management, venue inspections, vendor interviews and selection based on your taste and budget, price negotiation, contract review and assistance with all the details and decorations that make your wedding yours. All Day of Coordination services are also included so that we may see all the details through and present you with your fairytale wedding. Whatever you imagine, we can create.
Partial Planning
Partial Planning is designed for brides who know what they want but need help getting there. You will create the design of your wedding while enjoying the security of having our planning services and experience there to guide you. We will provide you with referrals for reputable vendors, as well as all the insight you’ll need from catering to décor to etiquette. It’s like having a best friend there to help you along the way, instead of having to do all the legwork on your own. All Day of Coordination services are also included in this package.
Day of Coordination
Our Day Of Package is designed for the couple who wants to plan their wedding themselves but wants the security of knowing everything will turn out the way it was intended. It helps to ensure that you won’t have to worry about the details on your special day. We will meet with you at your venues to discuss your plans, review all of your contracts, attend and conduct your rehearsal and coordinate any timing aspects. On the day of your event we will be there to take care of everything from the smallest detail to any last minute adjustments, behind the scenes setup, management of the particulars and any issues that may come up. We work to ensure that your event is a reflection of your style, personality and creativity.
